He is presently serving as Professor in the Department of Commerce & Management Govt. P.G. College, Ambala Cantt, Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra, Haryana, India. He has done B.com, M.com, M.A Mass Com, M.A Econ, M.B.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., PGDEMM, PGDJMC degree from Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra. He has qualified UGC NET+JRF in Commerce & Management Subjects. He has 27 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Commerce and Management. His areas of interest are Marketing, Human Resource Management & Finance Management. He has authored more than 51 research papers, articles for various national and international journals of repute. He has got published Eight (8) textbooks for ‘Principles of Marketing, ‘Research Methodology and ‘Women Entrepreneurship’. He is vivid researcher and under his professional supervision, two M. Phil and Five Ph.D. Degree have got awarded to the scholars. He has presented 51 papers in many national and international conferences and seminars. He has widely travelled India and abroad. His work has been accepted for presentation in many countries: USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Austria, South Africa, Germany, France, Italy, Netherland, New Zealand etc. He is a person who is positive about every aspect of life, passionate about learning and development. He is life member of professional bodies-‘Indian Commerce Association’ (ICA) and ‘Member of all India Management Association (AIMA).
Present positions: He is Member of advisory board of global conferences in University of Riverside USA, and member of editorial board of the world Business Institute, Australia.

As a faculty in the college, I always maintain punctuality in classes as per the working hours prescribed and make myself available in the campus unless and otherwise assigned duties elsewhere. always maintain the ninety days’ teaching schedule and follow lesson plan while teaching in all classes. am, as mentor, committed and empathetic towards all students. never discriminate students on the basis of caste, religion and gender. always believe in enhancing my knowledge through sharing. give equal opportunity to all students in learning process. believe in enriching my knowledgebase through continuous learning. strictly adhere to service rules and regulations in the institution. always give assessment awards to students on the basis of prescribed parameters viz. assignment, attendance, general behavior, etc. never involve myself in any act of moral turpitude which may cause impairment or bring discredit to the institution. always respect and give due regards to fraternity and sorority in the college. am always responsible towards my profession especially in teaching. express my sincerity, integrity and impartiality in my conduct with parents of students. am always attentive to changing education requirements. always engage in researching new teaching methods and am open to professional advice.
